A humble message: If you don't say anything about your background, people don't care. If you say anything about your background people think you are full of yourself. You can't please everyone, nor can you be timid of your credentials when challenged. The following examples are because various people have asked what I have photographed.

State of Emergencies, Rock stars, and astronauts.

He has also photographed the rare, and mysterious, 

Hope Diamond.

 Sarath is one of the few non military, non law enforcement, civilians who have been in all of these situations.    

• His unique background in photography has taken him into high-pressure situations, such as photographing Presidents Donald Trump, Barack Obama, the deadly riots in Charlottesville, V.A., and radio host Alex Jones. 

Sarath -The Accidental American historian. 

Sarath has been a part of major United States history and music culture.  He has an accidental 30-year background in the photography industry.  Some of his consulting work takes him into photography work. But he also uses his camera to document the history of America.

• The Point Pleasant Silver Bridge Collapse Site. & The Mothman Museum.

Sarath was fortunate to meet the very kind owner of the museum, Jeff Wamsley.  

The actual site of the bridge collapse is the basis of the 1975 book by John Keel, The Mothman Prophecies. Later becoming a movie in 2002, starring Richard Gere & Debra Messing; directed by Mark Pellington.

The following is to answer some questions before some may ask. Also, not to be abrupt or egotistical, but to the point.

• Within the profession I have met the good, bad, & ugly. Over time the profession of photography has been cheapened by people doing free work leading to a lower quality of acceptance being allowed to be the norm. I care not to join the establishment.  I don't need awards for a pat on the back. Nor do I need fame or glory, it means nothing to me.

• What I do care about is helping other photographers put food on the table for their families. Humble hardworking people who may need answers within the industry. 
•  (I mentor photographers for a fee.)

• Also, the military and law enforcement community have a big place in my heart, and I offer heavily discounted fees and prices for both active duty and retired veterans & LEO's of all branches of service!

And Gold Star Families.

• (This is not a hobby) I do not pretend to "Play photographer" on the weekends. I bill top fees for the work that I generate. Day to day, I work with law firms and companies, as well as individuals on projects.

• Most clients have been with me for over a decade.
• Clients buy prints or digital downloads from my site.
• Prints are shipped to their homes.
