• I have known Sarath Nathan for 15 years, and in that time he has proven to be a loyal, dependable friend and a wonderful help to me in my various writing projects. I am more than double his age (78) but he relates to me as though I was his contemporary. It has been a good, compatible, rewarding relationship. In the time we have known one another , Sarath helped me significantly to design 2 websites, and upload 2 books on the internet to sell to the public, his photography work was also included in the books, and he edited a filmed  documentary for me. These efforts were extremely time-consuming. He has a very good knowledge of the technical aspects of video editing, sound editing, picture editing and has the patience to accomplish this work with consistent patience and confidence. Sarath is dependable and a joy to be around. I would recommend him to anyone for a technical assistant regarding any computer problem or  endeavor.

• Sarath loves animals as I do. He has known my 6 canines since I arrived in Virginia from California. And he helped me bury 2 of my beloved dogs, when they passed away.  He is a true friend.   

• When I opened an art gallery in Washington, D.C., in 2014, with a financing partner, Sarath helped me in this complex endeavor for the weeks that I needed his assistance. As well as setting up a digital point of sale system.  He's a good guy. You will immediately like him.

I was trying to sync my entire companies emails and my employee’s emails under a new email provider. Everything had to be inline when sending and receiving emails between myself, my employees, and our clients. It was pivotal to operate on the turn of a dime.  
• Sarath helped me tremendously with this!  In addition to that he helped me clean my computer by removing the back panel with specialized tools and getting the dust out of my computer so the fan would run better, and my computer would not overheat as much.

I was introduced to Sarath by a mutual friend who praised his IT skills.
I had an older phone and an old laptop and was concerned about losing important documents and sentimental photos.

 Sarath came to my house to work on my laptop as well as my phone. He backed up all the documents and loaded the photos to a thumb drive cautioning me to keep the drive someplace safe. I have no IT knowledge and was very impressed by Sarath’s skills and his patience while explaining everything. He was very careful with security. 

Additionally, he bonded with my cat who felt very comfortable with him. Sarath is definitely an animal lover as well as a fine person. I highly recommend him!

In the early 1970’s, I edited a small town newspaper: sold ad space, wrote news articles, and photographed all manner of events. Too much work for too little money.  I moved onto ad agencies and later trade associations where I produced news releases and technical publications, working with typesetters and four color printing companies. I had no experience with computers beyond word perfect!  I met Sarath Nathan about 10 years ago, when he was repairing cell phones and teaching others how to use them.  He helped me transition my business to cell phones exclusively, and his knowledge of computers and different computer programs cannot be matched.  I cannot count the number of times I have lost valuable data on my home computer and later my laptop, only to have Sarath calmly guide me back through my files to find it!

I want to recommend Sarath for your company, especially involving computers. I have known Mr. Nathan for several years and on many occasions, he has done computer related work for me and my husband.
